Cassidy Construction have focused on high-quality prestarts using STCKY (Stuff That Can Kill You) conversations. They have developed a focus beyond simply talking about the activity and general hazards to using the energy wheel tool to support better hazard ID and focused controls – targeted at Stuff that Can Kill You (STCKY). The site map has become a key interactive tool in the prestart meeting, using the energy wheel to have a STCKY conversation, to talk and hear about controls (STCKY controls) and picture it visually. This gives an even greater chance of successfully keeping key controls in place on site.
Thank you also to Mutu for their entry. You can read about all of the good stuff happening in the Auckland region >>here>>.
