The CCNZ 2023 Annual General Meeting will be held as part of CCNZ National Conference - The Civil Contractors Conference at the Due Drop Events Centre (Panasonic Room), 770 Great South Road, Wiri, Manukau, Auckland on Friday 1 September 2023 from 3.00pm to 4.00pm.
The Annual Report, full AGM agenda, resolutions, information on candidates nominated and proxy forms will be sent to all members on or around Friday 11 August 2023.
The business of the AGM will be:

2. Confirmation of minutes of the 2022 AGM
3. Consideration of Annual Report and financials for the year ended 31 March 2023
4. Appointment of Auditor
5. Confirmation of 2023 to 2025 Strategic Plan
6. Election of Officers and Executive Councillors
7. Consideration of Resolutions
8. General Business

Nominations are sought for the CCNZ Executive Council. Please download the nomination forms and provide the required information to make a nomination. Nominations must be received by National Office at alan@civilcontractors.co.nz by Friday 4 August 2023

President
President Bailey Gair is one year into her two-year term, so the position of President is not due for election this year.
Vice President
Vice President, David Howard, is one year into his two-year term, so the position of Vice President is not due for election this year.
Executive Councillors
There are four positions up for election. The terms of office of Orla Gallagher, Jeremy Dixon, and Andrew Spittal expire at the 2023 AGM. Orla and Jeremy have indicated that they will be seeking re-election, while Andrew has advised that he will not. There remains a further vacancy on the Executive Council from the 2022 AGM. Nominations are sought from Contractor Members and Branches for these four positions.
Associate Councillor
The term of office of Associate Councillor Gary Richardson will expire at the 2023 AGM. He has indicated that he will be seeking re-election. Nominations are sought from our Principal Business Partner, Core Associates, or Major Associate Members for this position.
