CCNZ members must abide by the following Competition Statement:
Members will not discuss nor come to any agreement which might substantially lessen competition. Recognising that CCNZ Members are often competitors, we all acknowledge that each member is free to make their own decisions and will continue to compete with the other parties.
Members attending CCNZ events and meetings will not discuss costs, pricing, tenders, market positions or market allocations, specific clients or specific contracts or contractual positions.
