Membership data and contact forms
We collect personal information from our members, including information about your:
• contact information
• interactions with us
• billing or purchase information
We collect your personal information in order to:
• Communicate with our members and stakeholders
• Charge membership fees
Besides our staff and regional Branches, we share this information with:
• Hirepool New Zealand in order to Communicate with CCNZ members and
partners under the terms of our agreement with them as Prinicpal
• CCNZ’s publishing company Contrafed to enable them to send the Contractor Magazine and newsletter to you.
• The public in order to help New Zealanders find relevant contractors and goods and service providers to meet their needs
some information is optional. If you choose not to enter membership
details, including email address, postal address and the name of a key
contact, we’ll be unable to provide them with the benefits of CCNZ
• If you choose not to enter an email address we’ll be unable to provide them with communications and updates
We keep your information safe by storing it in encrypted files and only allowing certain staff to access it.
Personal credit card information is not held by us. We use a third party gateway provider Windcave (previously DPS) who manage personal credit card details.
