The CCNZ 2021 Annual General Meeting will be held as part of The Contractors Conference in the Amokura Gallery at Te Papa, 55 Cable Street, Wellington on Thursday 29 July 2021 from 11 am to 12pm.
The Annual Report, full AGM agenda, resolutions, information on candidates nominated and proxy forms will be sent to all members on Thursday 8 July 2021.
The business of the AGM will be:
1. Apologies and condolences
2. Confirmation of minutes of the 2020 AGM
3. Consideration of Annual Report and financials for the year ended 31 March 2021
4. Appointment of Auditor
5. Election of Officers and Executive Councillors
6. Consideration of Resolutions
7. Approval of changes to the CCNZ Strategic Plan
8. General Business

Please use the attached nomination forms. Nominations must be received by National Office - email these to Civil Contractors New Zealand Chief Executive Peter Silcock at peter@civilcontractors.co.nz by 1 July 2021.
Executive Councillors
There are three positions up for election. The terms of office of Colin Calteaux, James Craw and Stephen Delaney expire at the 2021 AGM. All three have advised that they do not intend to seek re-election. Nominations are sought from Contractor Members and Branches for these three positions.

Associate Councillor
The term of office of Associate Councillor Gary Richardson expires at the 2021 AGM. Gary has indicated that he intends to seek re-election and is available for nomination. Further nominations for this position are sought from CCNZ’s Principal Business Partner, Core and Major Associate Members.
