Resolution 1: That the minutes of the 81st AGM held on 14 August 2025 be confirmed as true and correct.

President’s Report, Chief Executive’s Report
Resolution 2: That the CCNZ Annual Report including the Financial Statements for the period ended 31 March 2026 be approved and adopted.
4. Appointment of Auditor
Resolution 3: That Moore Markhams be appointed CCNZ’s auditor for the financial year ending 31 March 2027.
5. CCNZ Strategic Plan – click here to view>>
No changes have been made to the CCNZ Strategic Plan approved at the 2025 AGM. The Executive Council reviewed the Plan in February 2026 and considered that it remained fit for purpose.
No further approval is needed. The Strategic Plan is included for members to note.
6. Election of Officers and Executive Council
a. President
David Howard’s two-year term expires at the 2026 AGM, and he is not seeking re-election. Therefore, David will become immediate Past President, and Bailey Gair will retire from the Executive Council.
Vice President Jeremy Dixon was nominated for the office of President by the closing date of 28 July 2026. No other nominations were received. Therefore, no election is necessary, and Jeremy Dixon is duly elected to the office of President.
b. Vice President
Jeremy Dixon’s two-year term expires at the 2026 AGM, and he indicated that he would put his name forward for election as President.
Executive Councillor Adam Plimmer was nominated for the office of Vice President by the closing date of 28 July 2026. No other nominations were received. Therefore, no election is necessary, and Adam Plimmer is duly elected to the office of Vice President.
c. Executive Council
The terms of office of Paul Bisset and Mark Evans expire at the 2026 AGM. Mark Evans indicated he would seek re-election and was nominated by the closing date of 28 July 2026. Paul Bisset indicated that he would not be seeking re-election, leaving a vacancy on the Executive Council.
With Adam Plimmer seeking election as Vice President, this has resulted in a further vacancy on the Executive Council from the 2026 AGM. Nominations were sought from Contractor Members and Branches for these three positions.
In total five nominations were received for the three positions by the due date of 28 July 2026, and there will be an election conducted at the AGM. Please see the enclosed profiles of the following nominees:

d. Associate Councillor
Associate Councillor Gary Richardson is one year into his two-year term, so the position of Associate Councillor is not due for election this year.
7. Consideration of Resolutions including Rule changes
No resolutions for consideration at the AGM were received by the due date of 28 July 2026.
8. General Business
Online meeting participation
To participate in the online AGM, members will be required to pre-register to obtain the remote link.
If members wish to pre-register, please complete the online event registration form by 5pm, Wednesday 19 August 2026.
Proxies
If you are unable to attend the online AGM, you can appoint a person who is attending the AGM as your proxy by completing the attached proxy form and returning it by 5pm, Wednesday 19 August 2026.

Note: Under the CCNZ Constitution, each Contractor member company and each life member is entitled to one vote. Associate members are encouraged to attend the AGM, but do not have voting rights.
