CCNZ Chief Executive Peter Silcock and Brendan Cash of CCNZ Core Associate Dentons Kensington Swan presented to the Transport and Infrastructure Select Committee on the Construction Contracts (Retention Money) Amendment Bill. The submission called for faster implementation of changes and better separation of retention money.
The Select Committee presentation followed on from a written submission made by CCNZ in late July.
