Steel & Tube believes that wellbeing is influenced by a large number of factors which occur both in and outside of the workplace. They have been running regular education sessions (Wellbeing Workshops) online for all of our team and their families to participate in (dial-in on the day or watch the recording with friends and whanau for 30 days afterwards).
Recent topics have included Make Sleep Your Superpower, Building Positive Relationships, Self-care and Wellness and From Doom & Gloom to Hope and Optimism.
These workshops have been well attended and have sparked interesting conversations within teams about improving wellbeing.
