The CCNZ 2021 Annual General Meeting will be held as part of CCNZ-HIANZ Conference in the Rivers Room at Te Pae Christchurch Convention Centre, 188 Oxford Terrace, Christchurch on Thursday 4 August 2022 from 8.30am to 9.30am.
The Annual Report, full AGM agenda, resolutions, information on candidates nominated and proxy forms will be sent to all members on Monday 18 July 2022.
The business of the AGM will be:

2. Confirmation of minutes of the 2022 AGM
3. Consideration of Annual Report and financials for the year ended 31 March 2022
4. Appointment of Auditor
5. Election of Officers and Executive Councillors
6. Consideration of Resolutions
7. General Business
Call for Nominations for CCNZ Executive Council
Please use the nomination form below to nominate people for a seat on the CCNZ Executive Council. Nominations must be received by National Office - email these to Civil Contractors New Zealand Chief Executive Alan Pollard at alan@civilcontractors.co.nz by 1 July 2022.
President
Tony Pike's two-year term expires at the 2022 AGM, and he is not seeking re-election. Vice President Bailey Gair has indicated that she will be seeking election to the position of President and is available for nomination.
Vice President
Bailey Gair's two-year term expires at the 2022 AGM, and she is putting her name forward for election as President. Executive Councillor David Howard has indicated that he will be seeking election to the position of Vice President and is available for nomination.
Executive Councillors
There are three positions up for election. The terms of office of Paul Bisset, Mark Evans and David Howard expire at the 2022 AGM. Paul and Mark have indicated that they will be seeking re-election, while David has advised his intention to seek election to the position of Vice President. Nominations are sought from Contractor Members and Branches for these three positions.
