The NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi has recently released the new M4 specifications for basecourse aggregate.
There has been a lot of effort from the industry in reviewing these - including from the CCNZ Surfacing Committee. The new specifications let go of a 'one size fits all' approach and give the roading and construction industry a few more tools to call up when asking for materials.
