The CCNZ 2026 Annual General Meeting will be held online by Teams at 4pm, Wednesday 26 August 2026.
The Annual Report, full AGM agenda, resolutions, information on candidates nominated and proxy forms will be sent to all members on or around Friday 31 July 2026.
The business of the AGM will be:
1. Apologies and condolences
2. Confirmation of minutes of the 2025 AGM
3. Consideration of Annual Report and financials for the year ended 31 March 2026
4. Appointment of Auditor
5. Confirmation of CCNZ Strategic Plan
6. Election of Officers and Executive Councillors
7. Consideration of Resolutions including Rule changes
8. General Business

Please use the attached nomination form. Nominations for the CCNZ Executive Council must be received by National Office at alan@civilcontractors.co.nz by Tuesday 28 July 2026.
President
David Howard’s two-year term expires at the 2026 AGM, and he is not seeking re-election. Vice President Jeremy Dixon has indicated that he will be seeking election to the position of President and is available for nomination.
Vice President
With Jeremy Dixon indicating that he is putting his name forward for election as President, Executive Councillor Adam Plimmer has indicated that he will be seeking election to the position of Vice President and is available for nomination.
Executive Councillors
There are three positions up for election.
The terms of office of Paul Bisset and Mark Evans expire at the 2026 AGM. Mark Evans has indicated that he will be seeking re-election. Paul Bisset has indicated that he will not be seeking re-election. With Adam Plimmer seeking election as Vice President, there will be a further position available on the Executive Council from the 2026 AGM. Nominations are sought from Contractor Members and Branches for these three positions.
Associate Councillor
Associate Councillor Gary Richardson is one year into his two-year term, so the position of Associate Councillor is not due for election this year.
