The civil contracting industry is evolving rapidly with new technologies, methodologies, and industry challenges. Attracting and retaining young talent is essential to meeting the industry's future needs. Many young contractors, while ambitious and talented, face barriers to industry involvement, including limited networking opportunities and mentorship outside of their home organizations.
Our goal is to create a group of young contractors, run by young contractors to;
- Provide a forum for young professionals in civil contracting to network and exchange knowledge.
- Offer educational and development opportunities to equip young contractors with the skills necessary for success.
- Involve young contractors in the activities of CCNZ and the broader civil contracting community, preparing them to take on future leadership roles within the industry and CCNZ.
- This is our first event, and as a part of this we will be asking attendees to help us shape future events to ensure that the experiences are valuable and tailored to their desired outcomes.
If you can please forward this invite to Young Contractors (under 35) from within your organization, who you think would benefit from attending this and future events to please RSVP using the attached link before COB Friday 14 Feb.
If you have any questions, suggestions, or to discuss please reach out to.
