Eligibility
This category is open to all women who have worked in the construction industry (must be CCNZ members from the Nelson Marlborough region). This includes those who have worked in trades, professional roles, or operational positions. The nominee should highlight their role and influence within the construction industry, how their experiences have shaped them personally, what it means to be a future leader, and how they have demonstrated leadership abilities.
We are seeking to get a sense of who the nominee is as a person, and what it is that makes them stand out from the rest as a professional.

We want to know if the nominee championed any new program or initiatives, improved existing systems, or contributed to improve health, safety, and wellbeing at work or in the community, or encouraged and assisted others to improve their health, safety, and wellbeing.
