The 2025 Annual General Meeting will be held at Petone Working Mens Club on Wednesday 25 June 2025 at 6pm.

The Chairmans Annual Report, full AGM agenda, resolutions and information on candidates nominated will be sent to all members prior to June 25.

The business of the AGM will be:

Welcome and introduction of guests
Introduction of sponsor of the evening
Apologies
Certification of minutes of 2024 Annual General Meeting
Consideration of Chairman's Annual Report and financials for the year ended 31 March 2025
Consideration of resolutions raised in the meeting
Discussion of any matters raised by the Chair
Election of branch committee
Review of Upcoming Calendar Events
Address from National Office
Presentation from Guest Speakers
General business

Call for Nominations

There are positions up for election. Nominations are sought from Contractor Members and Branch Associates for these positions.
