We invite all members to attend the 2026 Annual General Meeting and be part of the conversations shaping the year ahead. The Annual General Meeting is kindly sponsored by UDC Finance.

10. Address from National Office
11. Presentation from Commerce Commission

Executive Committee
Several Branch Committee terms are due to expire at this year's Annual General Meeting. The current committee members have confirmed they are willing to stand for re-election for a further two-year term. 

Elections for these positions will be conducted at the AGM. Further nominations can be made from Contractor Members and Branch Associates.

Guest Speaker Presentation: Commerce Commission
The Commerce Commission will be presenting on cartel conduct and competition law, providing valuable insights into how cartels operate, the risks they pose to fair and competitive markets, and the legal consequences of engaging in anti-competitive behaviour. The session will cover key aspects of New Zealand's cartel prohibition regime, recent enforcement activity, and practical guidance to help businesses identify and avoid cartel-related risks. 

This is an excellent opportunity for members to gain a better understanding of their obligations under competition law and stay informed about current regulatory expectations.
