The 2024 Annual General Meeting will be held at Petone Working Mens Club on Wednesday 03 July 2024 at 6pm.

The Chairmans Annual Report, full AGM agenda, resolutions and information on candidates nominated will be sent to all members prior to July 3.

The business of the AGM will be:

Certification of minutes of 2023 Annual General Meeting
Consideration of Chairman's Annual Report and financials for the year ended 31 March 2024
Consideration of resolutions raised in the meeting
Discussion of any matters raised by the Chair
Election of branch committee
Review of Upcoming Calendar Events
Presentation of Civil Trades Certifications
Address from National Office
General business

Call for Nominations

Chairman
Noel Sulzberger has indicated he is not seeking re-election to the position of Chairman and nominations are sought for this position.

Executive Committee
There are positions up for election. Nominations are sought from Contractor Members and Branches for these positions.
