Join CCNZ and Dentons Kensington Swan for a webinar on the review of standard 3910 construction contracts.
New Zealand’s standard contract for the construction of building and civil engineering projects has been revised and released for consultation, and is now available on the Standards New Zealand website.
The review process has been significant, and is the biggest revision of the contract since 1987. The changes will influence how construction contracts work for at least the next decade. It is vital that contractors understand the changes and provide their perspective as the cutoff for submissions is 30 June.
