Purpose: TDC has recently reviewed their regional background concentrations for Cleanfill, Spoil and Demolition Waste from our sites. These differ substantially from their previous levels, and TDC are now proactively enforcing them. We have brought up some experts in the field to talk to us about this subject and what can be done going forward.
