Full Member

Full membership with Civil Contractors New Zealand is open to any contractor engaged in civil engineering construction and general contracting, including those servicing the rural economy.

Full member fees are based on the company turnover for the previous year end, net of GST and related to civil infrastructure construction and maintenance work undertaken by your company. Your turnover level (for subscription purposes) is self – assessed by you selecting one of the turnover-based subscription categories for full members. This is the turnover of the legal limited company, not divisions of the company.

Retired Member

Retired membership is open to individuals who have formerly been involved in the civil construction and general contracting industry in NZ and have retired from full-time work but want to keep involved in the industry. This membership is an affiliation with one branch and the retired member generally helps with mentoring new members and contractors.

Retired Member fee is $100 for the year and paid to the national office.

Associate Members

Associate members are local and national businesses that provide products and/or services to the industry and who support CCNZ through their associate membership. They fall into one of four categories:

Branch Associate

A local company that wants to affiliate with their local CCNZ branch and develop relationships and network with local contractors and other associates. This membership relationship is held with their local branch.

Major Associate

A national company that wants to affiliate with all or any of the CCNZ branches and develop relationships and network with contractors and other associates. This membership relationship involves the national office and any of the relevant CCNZ branches.

Annual fee $4865.00

Core Associate

A national company that wants to affiliate with local branches and develop relationships and network with contractors and other associates. This membership relationship involves the national office as well as all 12 branches. Core Associates provide major support to CCNZ through schemes, funds, and sponsorship. CCNZ is very grateful to their long-standing Core Associates: Z; CablePrice and; Dentons.

Principal Business Partner

The national company that aligns with CCNZ as the main business partner. CCNZ is very proud to have this relationship with Hirepool Ltd; a strong partnership that has been in existence since 2004.

Life Members

Branch Life Member

A person who has been nominated by the branch committee and then elected into this role by the branch CCNZ members at their AGM.

National Life Member

A person that has been nominated by the national executive council and elected into the role by CCNZ members at the national AGM.

Existing CCNZ members

All CCNZ membership subscriptions will be invoiced annually and are due 1 April and payable by 30 May.

New CCNZ members

The annual membership subscriptions of new members admitted during the course of a financial year shall be apportioned, on a pro-rata basis, for the amount of days remaining in that financial year.
