This is a great opportunity to update our members on where our region is at in relation to the Water Reform programme. Brent Manning and Lorraine Kendrick from DIA for Entity B works will provide a presentation covering:
- The case for change
- The transformation opportunity for the sector
- The how (overview of entities and scale)
- What this might mean for the supply side e.g. procurement
- Workplans as they as they affect councils including Capital works delivery and Codes of Practice
