Join us at our next event in the SME “Business Sessions” series event. This session will provide Contractors with practical information and real experiences from those who understand how to navigate and avoid issues arising from contracts and disputes. We’ll kick off with a presentation from Sara Cheetham (Partner, Dentons) on the protections in place with the Construction Contract Act, and a practical overview of NZS 3910. Our panel will then discuss their experience and share their insights on the subject, followed by a Q&A session.
