The New Dunedin Hospital will see construction of New Zealand’s largest ever hospital, comprising two main structures, the Acute Services Building and the Ambulatory Services Centre, with a link bridge joining the buildings

- Parking at and meet in the former Lighting Direct Building, 168 Castle Street (off the one way heading south)

Ceres NZ is contracted to Health New Zealand to deliver the In-Ground Enabling Works for the New Dunedin Hospital. Works are underway for the Outpatient Building, sited on the former Wilsons carpark site, requiring installation of environmental controls, excavation of pile caps and ground beams, and pile installation. 78 Bottom-Driven Steel Tube piles are being installed to an average depth of 18m, using a 14 tonne drop hammer.
