Meeting with Judges Panel – June 2025 - date, time and place to be confirmed

  • Each entrant will meet with the Judges Panel, at an arranged time in a central location. Each interview will be no longer than 45 minutes to discuss their specific project/entry and to work through the documentation.
  • At this meeting the Judges would also like to see any supporting information regarding Health and Safety commitment during the project, environmental protection/design undertaken during the construction process and any smart ideas utilised during construction.
  • If you wish to show the judges any resource consent documentation, please bring this along to your site visit or interview, do not attach this to your online entry.

Eligibility

Conditions of Entry:

  • Entries are open to all CCNZ members who have completed a project in the Nelson Marlborough Region.
  • All projects should have been completed at the time of entry under formal contractual agreement (refer below if a maintenance contract).  
  • For an ongoing contract such as a long term maintenance contract, a completed portion of an ongoing contact may be submitted in the appropriate category.
  • Entries are accepted in regard to projects completed outside the region.  However, projects completed outside of the region must be run and managed by local contractors within the Nelson Marlborough area.
  • Before entering a submission for the Awards the Principle needs to be notified, and in some cases approve the submission
  • Each project requires a separate entry.  Please note, there will be a limit of two entries per company per category that any one business can submit.
  • Subcontractors may be entered as a separate entity in the appropriate category
  • Photographs are required as they often tell the story better than words. 
  • Please also upload with your entry 5 photos you would like displayed in the official powerpoint presentation shown on the night of the dinner.
  • The Awards will be announced at the Presentation Dinner Friday 18th July 2025
