Applications are open to individuals that are:

  • Employed within the civil construction industry by a CCNZ contractor member 
  • Committed and have a training and development pathway and end goal in place
  • Nominated by an employer, manager or mentor
  • If a finalist, you are available to attend the CCNZ Canterbury Westland Awards Dinner 7 November 2025
