The Emerging Leader Award recognises talented people from across the civil construction industry who have shown exemplary skill and leadership in their work. 

This award is looking for Young Contractors - under 40 years of age - who have innovated, impressed and made a difference to the industry, their company and their employer. They excel in their career and demonstrate a well-rounded character with strong leadership qualities.

Eligibility

Applications are open to individuals that are:

  • Employed within the civil construction industry by a CCNZ contractor member 
  • Aged 40 years and under at the time of nomination
  • Nominated by an employer, manager or mentor 
  • If a finalist, you are available to attend the CCNZ Wellington Wairarapa Branch Annual Gala and Construction Awards on Saturday 3 August 2024.
