Eligibility
Nominee Eligibility:
Entries are open for individuals that:
- Are a female employee of a CCNZ Contractor member that either is a member of Otago branch or has a permanent branch office in Otago.
- Are normally resident within the Otago region and if working on a project outside Otago, intend to return to the Otago region on completion.
- Are able to demonstrate industry experience to date.
- Are nominated by the civil construction industry.
Criteria:
- Online entry form completed by 11 April 2025.
- Demonstration of leadership ability or potential.
- Personal presentation, attitude, verbal ability and understanding of the industry.
