Manawatu-Whanganui CCNZ - Notice of AGM and call for Nominations

The 2023 Annual General Meeting will be held at the Manawatu Golf Club, 19 Centennial Drive, Hokowhitu, Palmerston North 4410 on Wednesday 14th June 2023 at 6pm.

Dinner is included in the price and is being subsidised by both the branch and sponsorship.  Partners are very welcome to come and join this fun evening.  Bribes for quiz answers will be considered...
Note - GST will be added to the price shown when you get to the checkout.

Please register by Monday 12th June so that final numbers can be advised to the Golf Club.  Please contact Maree if there are any special dietary requirements.

The business of the AGM will be:

1. Welcome and introduction of guests 
2. Apologies
3. Presentation by Branch Chair
   
4. Certification of minutes of 2022 Annual General Meeting
5. Consideration of Chairman's Annual Report and financials for the year ended 31 March 2023
6. Consideration of resolutions raised in the meeting
7. Discussion of any matters raised by the Chair
8. Election of branch members
9. Review of Upcoming Calendar Events
10. Address from National Office
11. Presentations from Michelle Farrell, CCNZ Technical Manager, and UDC Finance
12. General business
13. Fun quiz (with prizes!)

Call for Nominations

Positions last for two years and were voted in last year and then at the merger of the two branches. 

Willy Morrell has advised he is not available, and we would like to appoint a new vice chair.  Willy is happy to stay on the committee.

However, if you wish to nominate for any position, please use the form and do so.

REMINDER - We also have the Ambrose Golf Tournament on 7th July.  If you are a business that would be willing to donate merchandise for the prizes, can you please bring this along to the AGM so it can be collected and collated.  If you are unable to attend, please make contact with Maree on Manawatu-Whanganui@civilcontractors.co.nz or 027 7771038.
