Hawke's Bay East Coast Branch AGM
Join us for the AGM and hear what the branch have been doing over the past 12 months, as well as catching up and relaxing after a crazy few months with business colleagues, meet our new members and hear from two amazing speakers.
When: 5.45pm - Thursday 1st June, 2023. Pre AGM drinks available thanks to the first round from Humes and also a shout from the Wellington CCNZ Branch, followed by the AGM at 6pm.
Where: East Pier, Napier followed by dinner at 7.30m. Dinner sponsored by Hynds and drinks sponsored by BroLube. (Dinner is optional and MUST be pre-booked).
6pm - AGM starts with guest speaker Tony Gallagher- Interim Project Director for the East Coast Alliance and Bruce Ensor - Ensor Earthworks, Kaikoura, "A contractors view of the Kaikoura Alliance Rebuild" sponsored by Bridge It NZ
7.30pm - Dinner - Instead of canapé's this year, we have opted for a sit down dinner to allow more time to relax and socialise. The meal will have breads to start, a main and dessert (alternate drop). Our sponsor Hynds and the branch will be covering 50% of the the meal to $30/person, and BroLube will be supplying the drinks. If you want to stay for dinner you need to email the Hawke's Bay East Coast Secretary on HBEC@civilcontractors.co.nz with the number of people you want to book and details to send the invoice to.
If you are coming from out of town, you can book a room at East Pier for $199 if you tell them its for our AGM.
