First up is Naoimh McAllistair from Copeland McAllistair Law and Naoimh will be talking to us about managing poor performance and working through a disciplinary procedure. After Naoimh we have Izzy Prosser from Prosser Communication sharing her journey to becoming communication consultancy, specialising in tender management and more recently civil construction.
