Eligibility
- Hold a current Civil Trades Certification in any recognised Civil Trades discipline.
- Be employed by, or contracted to, a Civil Contractors New Zealand member company at the time of nomination.
- Demonstrate excellence in workmanship, safety, professionalism, and commitment to the civil construction industry.
- Consistently uphold the values and standards expected of a certified Civil Trades professional.
- Be willing to participate in the awards process and attend the awards presentation if selected as a finalist.
This award is open to certified civil tradespeople at any stage of their career, recognising individuals who consistently demonstrate outstanding performance and serve as role models within New Zealand's civil construction industry.
