The Civil Contractors New Zealand Taranaki Branch invites all members and industry partners to attend our Annual General Meeting.

This is an important opportunity to reflect on the past year, elect the incoming committee, and look ahead to our priorities for the year to come. Your input and engagement are vital to shaping the direction of our branch.

We will have a presentation from Rob Partridge, Regional Manager Infrastructure Delivery, NZTA:

These roadshows are for small to medium businesses that contract to NZTA, and businesses that may not be existing suppliers to NZTA, but want to understand how they can build up to work on the network.

Find out about upcoming works and the project pipeline, including what's funded and what's not.  Understand the upcoming work programme, including 'contestable packages' and the supplier directory under NZTA's new Integrated Delivery Model contracts.

Explore the growth pathways and better understand how your business can deliver projects and maintenance work for NZTA.

🕔 Evening Schedule:

  • 5.30 – 6.00pm: Welcome drinks & nibbles

  • 6.00 – 7.00pm: NZTA Presentation

  • 7.00 – 7.30pm: AGM 

  • We will look to book a venue for dinner, this will be pay your own way, if you'd like us to reserve you a place, please email Lesley taranaki@civilcontractors.co.nz

Please note: This deadline cannot be extended due to catering requirements.


The Chairman role will be vacated at the AGM.  If you are interested in standing for the Committee, Chair or Vice Chair positions or seeking nomination Attached is the nomination form that will need to be completed and emailed to the Branch Secretary Taranaki@civilcontractors.co.nz  by Thursday 22nd May.  

NOTE- there will be no nominations accepted on the night.  All current committee members need to re-stand for their position.  Only Full Financial Contractor members can vote, confidential votes will be taken on the night for the Committee, Chair and Vice Chair positions (one vote per contracting member company).  Proxy votes need to be recieved by the Branch Secretary, Lesley Lumsden by COB 23rd May 2025.

Terms & Conditions for the Civil Contractors New Zealand – Taranaki Branch AGM

  1. Registration Requirement:
    All attendees must register in advance via the CCNZ Members Portal. Registrations are essential for catering purposes and must be submitted by 5pm, Monday 26th May 2025. This deadline cannot be extended due to catering requirements.

  2. Cancellation Policy:
    If you are unable to attend after registering, please notify the event organisers at taranaki@civilcontractors.co.nz as soon as possible. 

  3. Dietary Requirements:
    All dietary requirements must be specified at the time of registration. Please include any food allergies, intolerances, or preferences when registering to ensure we can accommodate your needs.

  4. Personal Conduct and Behaviour:
    As members of Civil Contractors New Zealand, we uphold high standards of professionalism and courtesy. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, constructive, and professional manner throughout the event. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event at the discretion of the organisers. Please be mindful of your actions and language, especially in interactions with fellow members, industry partners, and event staff.

  5. Venue Etiquette:
    Please respect the venue's rules and guidelines. Attendees must comply with all venue policies and conduct themselves appropriately.

  6. Photographs and Recordings:
    By attending the event, you consent to the possibility of being photographed or recorded for use in Civil Contractors New Zealand promotional material, social media, or event-related content.

  7. Liability Disclaimer:
    Civil Contractors New Zealand is not responsible for any personal injury or loss of property that may occur during the event. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and belongings.

  8. Alcohol Consumption:
    As the event will serve alcoholic beverages, attendees are reminded to drink responsibly. Attendees must comply with the venue's alcohol policies.
