THIS IS A CCNZ MEMBERS ONLY EVENT

The Civil Contractors New Zealand Manawatu-Whanganui Branch invites all members and industry partners to attend our Annual General Meeting.

This is an important opportunity to reflect on the past year, elect the incoming committee, and look ahead to our priorities for the year to come. Your input and engagement are vital to shaping the direction of our branch.

We will have a presentation from Rob Partridge, Regional Manager Infrastructure Delivery, NZTA covering;

      1. Regional Pipeline 25/26/27
      2. Integrated delivery model 
        1. Update IDM and focus on contestable work process
      3. Procurement changes /update
        1. Procurement Directory
        2. Prequalification process
      4. Q&A opportunity

We are also pleased to welcome Guest Speaker: Steve Lange – Tony’s Tyre Service, who will be sharing insights from his experience in business, leadership, and brand growth.

🕔 Evening Schedule:

  • 5.30 – 6.00pm: Welcome drinks

  • 6.00 – 7.00pm: NZTA Presentation

  • 7.00 – 7.30pm: AGM 

  • 7.30pm: Dinner served

  • 8.00pm: Guest Speaker – Steve Lange

RSVP by 5pm, Friday 9th May via the CCNZ Members Portal.
Please note: This deadline cannot be extended due to catering requirements.

Interested in standing for the committee or seeking nomination?  Attached is the nomination form that will need completed and emailed to the Branch Secretary Manawatu-Whanganui@civilcontractors.co.nz before Wednesday 14th May.  NOTE- there will be no nominations accepted on the night.

Terms & Conditions for the Civil Contractors New Zealand – Manawatu-Whanganui Branch AGM

  1. Registration Requirement:
    All attendees must register in advance via the CCNZ Members Portal. Registrations are essential for catering purposes and must be submitted by 5pm, Friday 9th May 2025. This deadline cannot be extended due to catering requirements.

  2. Cancellation Policy:
    If you are unable to attend after registering, please notify the event organisers at manawatu-whanganui@civilcontractors.co.nz as soon as possible. Due to catering arrangements, cancellations must be made by 5pm, Friday 9th May 2025.

  3. Dietary Requirements:
    All dietary requirements must be specified at the time of registration. Please include any food allergies, intolerances, or preferences when registering to ensure we can accommodate your needs.

  4. Personal Conduct and Behaviour:
    As members of Civil Contractors New Zealand, we uphold high standards of professionalism and courtesy. Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, constructive, and professional manner throughout the event. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event at the discretion of the organisers. Please be mindful of your actions and language, especially in interactions with fellow members, industry partners, and event staff.

  5. Venue Etiquette:
    Please respect the venue's rules and guidelines. Attendees must comply with all venue policies and conduct themselves appropriately.

  6. Photographs and Recordings:
    By attending the event, you consent to the possibility of being photographed or recorded for use in Civil Contractors New Zealand promotional material, social media, or event-related content.
