We can't wait to see the best of Southland's excavator operators battle it out to take out the regional title.
This competition is open to all levels of operators – come along, have fun, and prove you have what it takes! While anyone can compete, only members of CCNZ Southland companies are eligible to represent Southland at the National Excavator Operator Competition in March.
Entry is free, with all entrants taking home a goody bag. The top three will take home fantastic prizes from our sponsors, and the ultimate winner will also be flown to Palmerston North to represent Southland at the National Excavator Operator competition in March 2026!
All entrants need to have a current Wheels, Tracks and Rollers license, and come with appropriate PPE - hard hat, work boots and high viz.
