Eligibility

  • The awards are open to all Bay of Plenty Branch members, or National Member with a permanent office in Bay of Plenty.
  • Judges may need to visit a Bay of Plenty office or connect online to interview relevant parties.
  • You will need to use ingenuity and technology to portray entries in a way that allows the judges to understand and mark the merits of the entry.
  • This should include photos, drone videos, 3D imagery, timelapse videos, client endorsement, performance appraisal and evidence of practical completion.

Project Overview

Supply a project overview of NO MORE THAN 200 WORDS giving a brief description of the entry that can be used for introducing the project and award publications. This statement should include the:

Planning and Control (15%)

Explain the systems/planning that went into addressing these areas:

Key Contributing Factors to Success (10%)

The final 10% of the marking is at the judges discretion and is intended to further distinguish the projects. Describe the key factors that have contributed to the projects success, this could include but not limited to:

  • Timeliness better than planned 
  • Meeting a tight budget from the tender market
  • Particularly high level of client satisfaction 
  • Particularly challenging or risky conditions
  • A strong people development culture
  • Successfully overcoming unusual adversity

Note: Overall success and engagement by all parties involved with the project, ie that "good feel factor" project which everyone wants to repeat
