Key Contributing Factors to Success (10%)
The final 10% of the marking is at the judges discretion and is intended to further distinguish the projects. Describe the key factors that have contributed to the projects success, this could include but not limited to:
- Timeliness better than planned
- Meeting a tight budget from the tender market
- Particularly high level of client satisfaction
- Particularly challenging or risky conditions
- A strong people development culture
- Successfully overcoming unusual adversity
Note: Overall success and engagement by all parties involved with the project, ie that "good feel factor" project which everyone wants to repeat
