* Attach good quality photos with your submission in the Supporting Documentation tab, or to individual questions to visually support specific answers.

* Where requested please upload no more than 5 pictures to best represent your entry and be considered for inclusion in the presentation shown on screen during the Awards Night (final photo selection is at the discretion of the committee)

* Videos may also be added to every submission and will be included in the entry package provided to judges but we cannot guarantee all videos will be shown on screen during the Awards Night (final video selection is at the discretion of the committee). Videos must be no longer than 60 seconds.

**Key Dates**

* 8:00am April 1st - Entries open

* 11:59pm May 8th – Entries close, no extensions (we mean it this time).

* Friday 12th June - Winners announced at the 2026 CCNZ Northland Construction Awards Dinner

All entries must be accompanied by a summary no longer than 100 words to be read out during the Award presentation

* Projects are to be entered in appropriate category based on the completed value of the job

* All projects must have been completed during the period of 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026

* Applications are open to organisations who are Contractor Members of the Northland Branch of CCNZ.

Setting up the Project - Planning and Control - 10% contribution to score

Describe the project, the unusual site conditions or constraints, and the key risks or opportunities identified. Explain the systems/planning that went into addressing these areas:
