Eligibility
* Projects are to be entered in appropriate category based on the completed value of the job or entry criteria.
* All work must have been completed during the period of 1 April 2025 to 31 March 2026
* Applications are open to organisations who are Contractor Members of the Northland Branch of CCNZ.
Award Application Questions
1. Project Summary (max 100 word count)
Describe and summarise your project.
This is what will be read out during the Awards Night presentation.
2. Scope with photos (25%)
Provide maximum of 5 photos of the project and describe the scope involved in the work.
Areas covered by this award include customer focus, levels of service, and improvements in efficiency and / or effectiveness, performance measures, data collection, reporting, analysis tools, improved cost management processes and delivery. Work activities include routine maintenance, renewals and physical works. All infrastructure types are eligible.
Judges will consider:
- Asset management, planning and control -10% (of total)
- Collaboration - relationships and client satisfaction - 20% (of total)
- Results - effectiveness and delivery - 15% (of total)
- Innovation - 10% (of total)

What were the risks and challenges of the project and how were they managed?
