Eligibility
Entrants must include in their submission:
- Project details such as start and end date and value.
- A copy of the Certificate of Practical Completion for the project.
- Evidence of client satisfaction in writing, demonstrated by a letter/email from the client.
- Evidence of customer satisfaction (road users, adjoining property owners, stakeholders and neighbours), e.g. examples of the customer/s receiving good project information prior to and during the project or safety briefings; or feedback from stakeholders throughout the project.
- A selection of five high resolution photographs (or more) are to be uploaded. These photographs will be used for the awards presentations and awards booklet.
- A marketing statement of no more than 200 words giving a brief description of the entry that can be used for media releases and award publications. This statement should include the:
- project name
- location
- client
- consultant
- contractor details
- project commencement and completion dates.
- Entries need to clearly show who the entrants are, regardless of the submission being individual or joint.
- Entries should indicate any commercially sensitive information that should not be published.
