Enter now to prove your skills. This competition is for all levels of operators, with 2 classes to enter:
- Novice (less than 5 years operator experience)
- Experienced (5 years or more operator experience)
Operators are put through a variety of challenges. Some tasks are designed to promote safe work practices and demonstrate the 'real-world' skills of excavator operators, whilst others are oriented towards being fun and unusual to test multiple control skills and engage spectators.
Free entry includes:
- BBQ Lunch
- Sponsors Prizes
- Cash prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd Novice and Experienced Classes
- Inter-company Competitions
- Great day out for all contractors and their family

Please note:
- Each competitor must bring their hard hats, work boots and hi-vis gear
- Only CCNZ members may represent your region in the National Excavator Operator Competition Final
- Non CCNZ member participation in this event is subject to availability of spaces. Entrant will not be entitled to any prizes unless there is a commitment to joining CCNZ as a member. Should the member ultimately not join, then all prizes would need to be returned.
