Join us for the next SME “Business Sessions” event. Owners of SME businesses are often caught in the cycle of being at the centre of every aspect of their operation, leaving them less time to focus on growing the business. In this session, the panel will discuss how to transition from reactive management to proactive leadership. They’ll be sharing their insights, experience, and expertise on where to start and how to overcome the challenges in transitioning from being the sole "engine" of a company to the "architect" of a leadership culture.
