Payment
- Your invoice must be paid before attendance at the event or your booking will be cancelled.
- Please use your invoice number as your reference.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your booking to attend the Auckland CCNZ Hynds Construction Awards Gala Dinner, you must contact us via email (aucklandevents@civilcontractors.co.nz). The following cancellation conditions apply:
- More than 30 days prior to the event: a refund will be given minus a 25% administration fee.
- Within 30 days of the event: no refund will be given.
Photography and Videography
- We may photograph and/or video the event and images may be used in (but not limited to) CCNZ promotional materials, social media and websites.
- If you (or the person you are booking on behalf of), do not grant the release of your (or their) image, please contact aucklandevents@civilcontractors.co.nz
