It is no secret that the last 6 months in our industry have been challenging, and that 2024 will undoubtedly be just as complex. As SME business leaders, how can we thrive in tough times and set ourselves and our businesses up for success?

Together, we’ll explore:

  • Current issues facing SMEs in construction
  • Techniques and tactics employed by our counterparts
  • Knowledge gaps and how these can be filled
  • Opportunities to take advantage of

Event Highlights:

We'll delve into the current challenges, share tactics and strategies, and explore new ideas for thriving in 2024. This is a chance to gain insights from fellow leaders who have turned challenges into success.
  • “Being Well to Lead” with Dr Hillary Bennett: The second hour focuses on your most valuable asset — your wellbeing. Dr Bennett, renowned for her work in leadership health and safety, will guide us through practical approaches to ensure we're well-equipped to lead our teams effectively. Discover how to maintain your wellbeing amidst the demands of business leadership.
  • Networking & Light Refreshments: Engage with your peers, create new connections, and discuss the day’s learnings and next steps over light refreshments.
