New Zealand’s standard 3910 contract for the construction of building and civil engineering projects has been revised and released for consultation, and is now available on the Standards New Zealand website.
This is the standard contract for construction in New Zealand, and the consultation process is ongoing between now and 30 June.
The review process has been significant, and is the biggest revision of the contract since 1987. CCNZ pushed for the review of the contract, provided funding for the review, and two representatives for the review committee.
