Event Detail

It’s on again this year after the Covid induced hiatus. For those of you that have attended before, you know the format and therefore you know the occasion. The last event held in 2019 was entitled Tarmageddon, which was a very successful event sharing knowledge and experiences.

The Black Art is the next step in the evolution as the industry faces new challenges. Industry will discuss the technical detail and the changes that are occurring. Climate change is high on everyone’s agenda, and it is no different with this workshop. Whether it be carbon counting, energy efficiency, stakeholder management, sustainability or employee wellbeing we need to work together collectively to find the answers.

The Black Art is a full day technical workshop, purely focusing on the art of the “black stuff”; chipsealing, asphalt, microsurfacing, slurry seals and the list goes on.

Sustainability will be front and centre of what we do, our current government is increasingly asking for it through the supply chain. Hear about how we will rise the challenge.

Come along and hear from the foremost gurus and leaders in the industry from asset owners, pavement and surfacing experts and solution providers to discuss and debate what needs to be done and how we propose to do it.
