All employees must be familiar with this Code of Conduct (‘Code’).
The purpose of this Code is to outline Civil Contractors New Zealand’s expectations for staff behaviour and the types of behaviour that Civil Contractors New Zealand considers unacceptable. It is important that staff maintain appropriate standards of behaviour in all situations that involve, or have the ability to impact on Civil Contractors New Zealand’s clients, suppliers and/or employees, The aim of this Code is to avoid misunderstandings, to ensure fair treatment of everyone and to provide a safe, secure and productive place of work.
The Code applies to all staff, including those employed under an individual or collective agreement, salaried or hourly paid, permanent or temporary (including casual and fixed term), full time or part time.
