Entries are open to all members of the Otago Branch, Civil Contractors NZ. All projects entered must have been completed within the last 12 months at the date of entry. Contracts must have been completed, with completion certificates, by closing date of entries.

The award entry is made up of the following questions:

Company Profile
Scope
Safety - 10% contribution to score
Innovation - 20% contribution to score
Technical Difficulty - 10% contribution to score
Project Management - 10% contribution to score
Client Satisfaction - 10% contribution to score
Project Profile - 10% contribution to score
Quality of Work - 15% contribution to score - Final quality of workmanship will be viewed during on-site inspection of the project.
Environmental Matters - 10% contribution to score
Presentation of Entry - 5% contribution to score - this assists the judges to understand the project and enable elements to be assessed. Photos etc should be named and show progress of the project and enable conditions to be understood etc.
